HAIR POLICY

​

*Custom Wigs/Units 

Standard production time for custom hair units/wigs are 3-5 weeks depending on the specifications of your order. Custom hair units/wigs are produced on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and shipped the following Monday. Production time does not include the time you place the order but when the unit or wig actually begins. If the hair is in stock your order may be shipped sooner, if the hair is not in stock and need to be ordered production time may take longer since the hair comes directly from China. Also, please allow extra time for major holidays which includes China holidays. You will be notified every step of the process via email or text.

*Returns

Custom Hair Units may only be returned if specifications and measurements are incorrect. After you receive your Custom Hair Unit examine it to make sure it was made according to your original order. Your Custom Hair Unit cannot be returned if you have cut the lace or altered the (no adhesive, color, cut and style, or brushed and combed) hair in any way regardless if the wrong order.  Please contact us for an approval code and will not be accepted without one. Please ship your order back with the United States Postal Service with signature or Delivery confirmation to the address on the return label.

NOTE: postmark must be no later than 3 days after authorization is given, including the weekend.

*Payments & Deposits

Payment arrangements can be made toward your Custom Hair Unit or Wig in 2-3 payment installments.  Payments or deposits are not refundable so please do not order if you do not intend to complete you order.

*Wig Repair Service

We offer repair services on any wig that we have designed. The cost of the repair varies depending on the type of repair that is required. Plus the customer is responsible for shipping cost and should include insurance.

Most problems are able to be repaired on the wig/unit. 

 

Repair Services Include:

  • Lace replacement (you are responsible for cost of lace closure) Lace rips and tears cannot be repaired. 

  • Replacing combs and elastic band.

  • Color correction if color was part of your initial order. 

 

Instructions for Requesting Wig Repair Services:

  • Please put detailed information as to what type of repair is needed

  • We will respond to your advice if the problem is repairable

 

Sending Your Wig/Unit in For Repair:

  • For sanitary reasons, you MUST wash your unit first prior to sending it in for repair(un-cleaned wigs will not be accepted for repair)

  • Repairs will take approximately 15-20 days.

*Disclaimer

It is always the goal to meet production deadlines however delays can occur.  Please remember that every Custom Hair Unit is hand-made. If your order is delayed for any reason you will be notified.  NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTION! Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production start unless there is an error on our part. Please be sure to review your order for any errors. You will receive an email when production begin and will have up until that time to cancel. Failure to do so could result in your custom unit being made according to the wrong specifications, thus voiding the return policy.  

Custom Hair Units are processed every Tuesday and Wednesday and ship the following Monday unless holidays and unscheduled closings.

There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS on custom orders. Custom Wigs/Units cannot be cancelled after production start. You will receive an email when production begin and will have up until that time to cancel.

*Ready-Made Wigs

We make every attempt to make sure customers are happy with their order. However, if you decide the Wig is not right for you a store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge can be applied to any future purchase of equal or greater value. Cash refunds will not be issued. You must return the Ready-Made Wig within 48 business hours after receiving the wig for a approval code. Package must be postmarked no later than 3 business days from the that time. We will not honor the return of the Ready-Made Wig if: the lace is cut or damaged; adhesive or discoloration is present on the lace; the hair is cut or colored; wavy and curly textures have been altered; the hair is styled, combed or brushed and product is used in the hair.

*Shipping

Ready-Made Wigs will be shipped within 3-5 days if in stock. Ready-Made Wigs that need to be ordered directly from China will be shipped 7-14 business days. All shipments go out on Mondays.

*Payments

Shipping in the United States-Domestic orders will ship USPS Priority. 

International orders ship USPS Priority during business days. Saturdays are not included. Ready-Made Wigs will be shipped within 3-5 days if in stock. Ready-Made Wigs that need to be ordered directly from China will be shipped 7-14 business days.

*Made-to-Order Garments

Standard production time for made-to-order garments are 3-5 weeks depending on the specifications of your order. Made-to-order garments are designed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and shipped the following Monday. Production time does not include the time you place the order but when production begins. If the fabric is in stock your order may be shipped sooner, if the fabric  is not in stock and need to be ordered production time may take longer since the fabric comes from California. Also, please allow extra time for major holidays. You will be notified every step of the process via email or text.

*Shipping 

All orders  will be shipped after final payment is received.

Shipping in the United States-Domestic orders will ship USPS Priority. 

International orders ship USPS Priority during business days. Saturdays are not included.
