Each custom unit is meticulously crafted using three to four bundles, with the option to include a lace closure, silk top closure, frontal, or 360 closure. For those desiring additional fullness, extra bundles can be added to the unit. Each unit is designed for comfort and durability, featuring an elastic band and combs securely sewn onto a high-quality stretch wig cap.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind every hair unit we offer. For your convenience, elastic bands and combs can be replaced for a nominal fee. In the event of any thread breakage or unraveling, you may bring the unit in or ship it back to us for professional maintenance and repair services.
Chemical processing is never guaranteed however, altering the hair by means of bleach, dye and perm should always be done by a professional stylist.

For custom orders, you can order a wig with any lengths, textures, colors, styles, and measurements that you want.
You can also send a picture of a style you would like.
You can place custom orders with the following instructions:

Pay for your order. We currently accept Paypal, Zelle CashApp or pay through invoice.

Production begins immediately after receipt of payment. Production time is normally: 2-5 days to
complete. Note: if hair is not in stock allow an additional 5-10 business days for hair restock.

Rush: 15 days to produce, the rush fee is $25 per wig. For all hairpieces, hair extensions, the lead time is 15 days.

When the wigs or hair pieces are ready, I will send them out via UPS Express. A UPS email with tracking will be automatically sent to you then. You can track the delivery status UPS web www.ups.com.

Each custom hair unit or wig is meticulously made to order based on your specific measurements, ensuring a perfect fit and personalized design. As a result, refunds are not available once production begins. Please ensure you are confident in your decision before purchasing a custom unit or wig. However, if an error has occurred with your order due to our oversight, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your unit to address the issue promptly.
Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products due to hygiene purposes so please do not wear the Unit if your are not satisfied with it. READ POLICIES FOR MORE INFORMATION under CONTACT.
how to measure your head
Before you start: Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you measure ACCURATELY.
If you do not measure properly, your wig may not fit. Measure at least 2-3 times to be sure. Use a soft measure tape to measure. We take measurements in whole and half inches. So please round your measurements up not down. Example: 12 3/4 should be rounded up to 13 and 12 1/4 should be rounded up to 12 1/2. Special Note: If you have not hair or hair line - you do not need to add the inch - simply put the tape measure where you would like your hairline to begin with the wig. The averages below are just examples. Not everyone will meet these measurements - some may be under or over.
1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hairline around the head and nape of
the neck. (Average measurement is 22-22 1/2 inches).
2. Forehead to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
(Average measurement is 14-14 1/2 inches).
3. Ear to Ear Across Front Hairline: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of side burn, up across the hair line
along forehead to same point in front of other ear. (Average measurement is 11 1/2-12 inches).
4. Ear to Ear Over Top:
Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear. (Average measurement is 12 inches).
5.Temple to Temple Around Back: From temple to temple across the back of head. (Average measurement is 14 1/2 inches).
6.Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 5 1/2 inches).
