Each custom unit is designed with 3-4 bundles and the option to add a lace or silk top closure, frontal or 360 closure. You have the option of adding more bundles to your unit for more fullness. An elastic band and combs are sewn to a comfortable stretch wig cap.

Obtain a prescription from your doctor. Your prescription must say "for a cranial prosthesis" and the invoice must list the wig as a cranial prosthesis and have the proper medical code. You will be reimbursed once you submit the invoice to your medical insurance.

Many medical insurance plans may cover partially or the entire amount of your human hair wig even if it is not listed on your policy of benefits. Before you purchase your wig, call your insurance provider to pre-approve it to guarantee you it will be covered and don't forget to call a wig by the official medical term which is cranial prosthesis.

For custom orders, you can order a wig with any lengths, textures, colors, styles, and measurements that you want.
You can also send a picture of a style you would like.
You can place custom orders with the following instructions:

Pay for your order. We currently accept Paypal, Zelle CashApp or pay through invoice.

Production begins immediately after receipt of payment. Production time is normally: 2-5 days to
complete. Note: if hair is not in stock allow an additional 5-10 business days for hair restock.

Rush: 15 days to produce, the rush fee is $25 per wig. For all hairpieces, hair extensions, the lead time is 15 days.

When the wigs or hair pieces are ready, I will send them out via UPS Express. A UPS email with tracking will be automatically sent to you then. You can track the delivery status UPS web www.ups.com.

All custom Units/Wigs are made-to-order to specific measurements, therefore, there are no refunds once production has begun.
If by any chance a mistake has been made regarding your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products due to hygiene purposes so please do not wear the Unit if your are not satisfied with it. READ POLICIES FOR MORE INFORMATION under CONTACT.
how to measure your head
Before you start: Pin hair as flat and as tight as possible before taking the measurements. This will eliminate bulges that distort head contours. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you measure ACCURATELY.
If you do not measure properly, your wig may not fit. Measure at least 2-3 times to be sure. Use a soft measure tape to measure. We take measurements in whole and half inches. So please round your measurements up not down. Example: 12 3/4 should be rounded up to 13 and 12 1/4 should be rounded up to 12 1/2. Special Note: If you have not hair or hair line - you do not need to add the inch - simply put the tape measure where you would like your hairline to begin with the wig. The averages below are just examples. Not everyone will meet these measurements - some may be under or over.
1. Circumference: Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so its edge follows the hairline around the head and nape of
the neck. (Average measurement is 22-22 1/2 inches).
2. Forehead to Nape: Measure from hairline at center of forehead straight back over crown to center of hairline at nape of neck.
(Average measurement is 14-14 1/2 inches).
3. Ear to Ear Across Front Hairline: At front of ear, measure from hairline at base of side burn, up across the hair line
along forehead to same point in front of other ear. (Average measurement is 11 1/2-12 inches).
4. Ear to Ear Over Top:
Measure from hairline directly above the ear across top of head to the hairline directly above the other ear. (Average measurement is 12 inches).
5.Temple to Temple Around Back: From temple to temple across the back of head. (Average measurement is 14 1/2 inches).
6.Nape of Neck: Measure the width of hairline across the nape of the neck. (Average measurement is 5 1/2 inches).
If you are unsure how to measure your head choose "M" wig cap. M=average fit and fits most heads. Available in S, M or L wig cap.
